Hrithik Roshon is one of the greatest actors in Bollywood. Apart from his acting, his dancing and physical are also very popular among his fans. Even at the age of 48, Hrithik Roshon works hard to keep himself fit. He sometimes posts pictures of his exercise on Instagram for his fans. His fitness is an inspiration to his fans. Everyone wants to maintain fitness like him. After releasing pictures on Instagram, these pictures become viral among his fans through social media. He recently shared his fitness secret that would blow your mind too.

Last year he released Vikram Veda which got a good response among his fans, as soon as it was released to see him playing a different role. The movie is the remake of the south movie official of this name and the same director directed the movie.

He shares his secret in his new post, How to get a healthy body and you also can follow the diet. Many heroes and heroines in Bollywood have their own diet plans, but Hrithik's diet plan is special for many.


How Hrithik builds his body: 

Hrithik never skips his exercise under any circumstances. He customizes his diet plan and exercises every day based on the requirements of his movie. At the beginning of each day's exercise, he only warms up for one and a half to two and half hours. Doing this type of warmup improves blood circulation and activates the muscles, so this type of warm-up must be done before heavy exercise and Hrithik starts the exercise with great focus.  

Once the worm up is complete, he stretches for at least an hour during which his instructor accompanies him and assists him in stretching. As per his upcoming movie requirement, he starts his exercise with that in his routine. Every evening he measures his body weight and body fats during exercise and then starts exercising on his body parts separately. 

For example, during the shooting of the movie Vikram Veda, he needed to stay hydrated and build a muscular body, so he consumed high amounts of carbohydrates and high amounts of protein every day after exercise.

What do you eat and drink during exercise: 

The day starts with his black coffee and four boiled eggs. Then he took the multigrain toast and two avocados it added them to his breakfast. Lunch consists of brown rice chicken broth and salad. Dinner at night consists of boiled chicken and egg whites. He exercises twice a day and has snacks and protein shakes during exercise sessions. 

Always avoids party or late at night: 

Apart from exercise and family time, he doesn't like to go to any parties. He likes to take rest after exercising, and he doesn't like to party late at night or any other late-night visits. he always gives more preference to a good night's sleep. And beyond that, the rest of his time is spent defining his off time with his son and his family.
